Welcome to Landcraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Landcraft Ireland relocation platform ("Landcraft", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Landcraft, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. You represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Landcraft provides an AI-powered Ireland relocation planning tool, including:

• Personalized relocation checklists tailored to your visa type, family situation, and destination
• AI-powered advisor for answering questions about relocation tasks
• Progress tracking dashboard to monitor your relocation journey
• Visa and immigration guide content

Landcraft is a planning and information tool only. It does not provide legal advice, immigration consulting, or any guarantees regarding immigration outcomes. The information provided is based on publicly available government sources and should not be considered as legal counsel.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Landcraft, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information if it changes. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Landcraft offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter: $19/month — full per-visa checklist, progress tracking, and resource links
• Pro: $29/month — everything in Starter plus unlimited AI advisor conversations and priority support
• Premium Lifetime: $99 one-time — everything in Pro with lifetime access and all future updates

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI advisor generates responses based on your input and publicly available information. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated responses are complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific situation. AI responses from Landcraft are not a substitute for professional legal or immigration advice. Always verify critical immigration decisions with official Irish government sources or a licensed immigration professional.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, etc.) to access the service without our permission
• Misrepresent information to the AI advisor in ways that could produce harmful or misleading output
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Landcraft and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Polsia and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you provide. We do not claim any ownership over your relocation profile or checklist data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LANDCRAFT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE. Immigration laws and government procedures change frequently. While we update our content regularly, we cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time you use it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landcraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to any decisions made based on information provided by the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Landcraft, Polsia, and their affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, if the changes are significant, by email. Your continued use of Landcraft after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also modify or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without notice.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polsia is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
